1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. If your order arrives with any issues, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Returns requested beyond the 3-day window.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will coordinate the pickup or advise on the return procedure.

4. Refund Process

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not issue monetary refunds. Instead, eligible returns will be resolved through one of the following:

  • Product replacement, where available.

  • Store credit or exchange is not applicable under our current payment method.
